Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Note: Some items such as personal care products, downloadable goods, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene or digital delivery reasons.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.
